A designer’s most important job is to ask questions. Often, the questions they need to ask are simple, but they are the questions that go overlooked by every other stakeholder at the table. Before a designer can have all the right answers, they first need to have all the right questions. And in order for a designer to ask all the right questions, they have to start with “it depends…”
